Length of Service Anniversaries

Please help us congratulate Jim Kucharczyk and Brady Harden on their "Length of Service" anniversaries. Both joined this great organization on December 28, 1982 and 2010 respectively.

Over the years, both have performed thousands of man hours of training and dedicated service in an effort to continue the rich traditions of the FFD. Brady currently serves as a Lieutenant.

On behalf of the entire Department and the citizens of Frostburg and surrounding areas, THANK YOU and happy 32nd and 4th anniversary!!

FROSTBURG BUSINESS BLOCK LAID WASTE BY STUBBORN BLAZE; CONEY AND CUMBERLAND FIREMEN CALLED

Seven Buildings Totaling Loss Of $150,000 Destroyed – Stiff Gale Balks Firemen Who Fought For Four Hours – Frostburg Department Handicapped, New Auto engine of Cumberland And Coney Firefighters Save Town From Devastation.

FROSTBURG, Dec. 14 – A fire, doing an estimated damage of $150,000, broke out this morning about 5 o’clock from the Shea building, this place, and before it was extinguished burned seven buildings to the ground.
