Please help us congratulate Jim Winfield on his “Length of Service” anniversary. Jim joined this great organization on November 10, 1970 and throughout the years, provided dedicated service and leadership as both an administrative and fire line officer, including Fire Chief.

Over the years, he performed many man hours of training and service in an effort to continue the rich traditions of the FFD. Jim also was a member with the Clarysville FD prior to joining the FFD.

On behalf of the entire Department and the citizens of Frostburg and surrounding areas, thank you and happy 46th!!
