13346909_1402538576438657_1275896058138303221_nIt is with regret and deep sadness that we report the passing of Frostburg Fire Department Brother Richard L. (Dick) Connor. Dick joined the FFD on February 8, 1966 on the same day as his late brother Bob and served the department with pride and distinction for 50 years.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Joleita and the entire Connor family.
